When writing the lyrics for this song, LIGHT THE WAY, I was thinking about those years I spent clubbing back in the late 80s and through the 90s. It was fun, and everyone was dancing, moving, laughing, and living. We were alive, we were free. No phones, no social media. Just the music, the vibe, the ambiance, the atmosphere. We were in our bubbles, and nothing could disrupt this moment.
A moment that was shared by and with hundreds of people dancing, moving, and singing. We had a blast back then. The lyrics of this song brought back sweet memories to my mind.
It would be great to experience that kind of moment again, with people lighting up the dance floor, no phones, no social media - just the music, the sounds, the vibes, and people sharing a genuine moment together.
