Some people questioned why I wasn't keeping the same voice and music genre throughout all my songs to ensure consistency and tone, and to draw in more fans and followers.
I dislike being categorized into a specific genre or style, as my music mirrors my moods. A single genre or vocal style cannot define Domelgabor. This is why I continue to write lyrics and craft songs across various musical genres and vocal styles.
Inspired by an article on self-discovery, I felt compelled to write lyrics on the topic. The outcome is a gentle, dreamy indie-pop song, crafted in a songwriter's style, with psychedelic undertones, exploring life's journey and the discovery of self.
The ongoing journey of discovering your true self—encompassing your values, needs, passions, strengths, and purpose—leads to greater authenticity, improved decision-making, and a more satisfying life. This is achieved by surpassing external expectations and aligning your actions with your inner self through reflection, new experiences, and introspection. It involves cultivating self-awareness, exploring interests, defining your dreams, and stepping outside your comfort zone to understand what genuinely motivates and energizes you.
